Piney Woods Fiber Fest Tote Bag

Piney Woods Fiber Fest tote bags are given to all attendees! 

Attendees not only enjoy a weekend of classes and activities, but also receive a fantastic event bag to take home. 

Our tote bags feature the Piney Woods Fiber Fest logo and Event Sponsor logos.

The bags are filled with the Market Map that will list all vendors and their booth numbers, vendor coupons, and a variety of items donated by vendors, sponsors, and advertisers. Inclusions can range from measuring tools, pens, stitch markers, row counters, fliers about your upcoming events to draw attendees to your booth or website.

There is no fee associated to provide inclusions in the tote bags. We estimate attendance to be between 400-500 people. We will have 400 bags available.

All bag contributions must be received by February 28, 2026 for inclusion in the Tote Bags.

Food Truck

We are seeking food truck and food trailer vendors who are available and able to commit to both days of the festival.

The festival will open at 9:00 AM both days, and food vendors will need to be available to serve from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM both days. Vendors are welcome to arrive at opening time and offer breakfast items if they would like.

The food vendor will be responsible for any fees due to the Canton Civic Center for food truck access. The fee is $100 per day for vendors who need to connect to the Civic Center’s electrical hookups. Vendors using their own generator will not be charged a vending fee.

All food vendors are responsible for confirming with First Monday Trade Days, Canton Civic Center management, and City of Canton officials that they have obtained all required permits, licenses, and approvals necessary to operate during the festival.

We are looking for vendors who can commit to serving both days and provide a great food experience for festival attendees.
